Chief Philanthropy Officer

The Chief Philanthropy Officer (CPhO) is responsible for designing and managing creative campaigns to activate philanthropic investment, inspire corporate sponsorship, raise brand awareness, and galvanize public support.  The (CPhO) is a key member of our leadership team who is responsible for building a culture of abundance that unleashes TerraCorps’ endless potential to create environmental and social change. As the steward of TerraCorps’ brand, the (CPhO) owns the process of telling TerraCorps’ story to inspire people and organizations to become partners in creating the environmental and social change we seek.  As a key member of TerraCorps’ self-managed, cross-functional teams, the (CPhO) collaborates daily to identify resource needs and lead the creation of funding strategies that maximize the TerraCorps experience for all stakeholders and energize growth into new geographies.

Chief Financial Officer

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is the keeper of all corporate accounting and financial practices for a non-profit with revenues approaching $2 million annually. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the CFO is a key member of our leadership team who is eager to work across all levels of the organization on tasks large and small—from delivering financial reports to the Board and Finance Committee—to managing foundation and government grant reporting—to tax and audit preparation—to bookkeeping, processing payroll, and benefits administration. TerraCorps is a rapidly growing non-profit and the CFO will have a unique opportunity to contribute to our success by developing advanced financial systems to support strategic budget forecasting, cash flow analysis and liquidity, and full-cost coverage
