Hi, I’m Veronica! This year I’ll be serving as the Youth Education Coordinator at the Perkins School for the Blind. Finding out what I wanted from life has been a journey: After completing part of my mechanical engineering degree and exploring the trades of carpentry and technician work on cars and motorcycles, I decided that my best path was promoting and implementing sustainable agricultural practices. I’m excited to inspire and educate the students about horticulture so they might consider this work as well. Ultimately, I aim to expand my farming capabilities and provide others with the resources and community to exist more harmoniously with the natural world.
