Greg MacLean is Vice President of Onboarding and Special Projects at The Olympia Companies, a hotel management and development company with a focus on sustainable design practices based in Portland, ME. In his current role Greg guides ownership groups through the process of new hotel openings or transition of management for existing assets. He builds teams with great service cultures and develops sound operating procedures to exceed the expectations of guests and owners alike. He’s been with the company since 2008 and held previous positions of Senior Director – Operations and Senior General Manager.
Greg has a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Administration and Management from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI.
