LSC with Mass Audubon — Arcadia Wildlife Sanctuary
Pronouns: she/her
Hi, my name is Andi, and I graduated from UMass Amherst, where I studied Natural Resource Conservation with a focus in Wildlife Ecology. My professional interests include wildlife population dynamics, predator ecology, wildlife capture and chemical immobilization, and human-wildlife conflict resolution. I have hands-on experience working with various North American species, including (but not limited to) black bears, bison, mountain lions, bobcats, Canada lynx, gray foxes, and gray wolves. My favorite wildlife memory is when I held a mountain lion’s tail and felt how muscular it was during a field course I took in Minnesota. I look forward to an amazing year of service!
