Pronouns: he/him

Hello, my name is Will Poirier. I am currently enrolled in Antioch University of New England’s Master’s Degree Program, with a concentration in Sustainable Development in Climate Change. I received my Permaculture Design Certificate in 2020 and have been practicing its principles ever since. Its motto resonates strongly with me: Earth Care, People Care, Fare Share. I believe these principles are often overlooked but critically important to growth and success. I am an amateur naturalist and environmentalist who believes humans need to interact more with nature to better understand its profound value to both humans and society. I also am an artist, first taught wheel throwing in school. I have transitioned recently to growing gourds, prepping them, and crafting them into yarn bowls, candy bowls, flower vases, etc. I also make my own tinctures and tonics; elderberry is my favorite. I am most excited to get to know community members, share my knowledge, and explore the Falmouth trail system!
