CEC/SAC with The Food Bank of Western Massachusetts
Benee is a recent Environmental Studies graduate of Brandeis University with minors in Legal Studies and Social Justice & Social Policy. During her time at Brandeis, Benee enjoyed volunteering at local farms, the Brandeis Rooftop Farm, and Minute Man National Historical Park. Throughout these experiences and spending a semester at the Smithsonian-Mason School of Conservation in Virginia, Benee deepened her love of sustainable agriculture, working landscapes, and just food systems. In her free time, she loves exploring New England, identifying birds and plants on iNaturalist, and strumming her ukulele with her dog. As someone who has lived in Massachusetts her whole life, she is excited to serve as Community Engagement and Sustainable Agriculture Coordinator at The Food Bank of Western Massachusetts, and is excited to connect with community members, farmers, and volunteers in the Pioneer Valley!
